About Us

Meadow Flower is a state-licensed, privately owned nursery school in Fair Haven, NJ. Founded in 1988, MFNS has been happily serving our community’s children ever since!  Led by owner, Sandy Carasia, and Director, Jess Patel, a warm and dedicated staff of teachers and administrators make Meadow Flower the nursery school of choice for local families.

Our children are taught and nurtured by friendly and familiar faces; each teacher with an average of 5 years of experience in a related field, and many with 10 or more. Our truly amazing staff, combined with low student-teacher ratios, a focus on learning through play, and classroom environments designed to foster low-stress, high-quality, developmentally-appropriate FUN every day, produce an unrivaled recipe for positive learning outcomes and social-emotional growth.

Located in the United Methodist Church of Fair Haven (though we are not religiously affiliated) and adjoining the picturesque Fair Haven Fields and Natural Area, MFNS is centrally located and close to many outdoor spaces, of which we regularly take advantage. 

Our programs include half-day and full-day sessions for children aged 2.5 to 5 years old.

Some of the goals that we have include the following:

• To provide an environment where children can develop positive thinking and self-worth
• To increase competencies and skills in communications, physical coordination, self-reliance and dealing with emotions
  
• To introduce problem solving, critical thinking and exploration of your child's own thoughts and ideas
